I shorten it on the back straps because it hung to low. It was too big under the airpit so I took in the back side just at the airpit down about five inches. You cannot see it from the outside. The front of the top is a little larger than the back. It's still to big for me because I lost weight so I cannot take it in anymore. Selling it half of what I paid for it.
