Description: This is NOS was properly stored from a store closing around 2000. Flag is new only took it out of the box for the pictures. Take note the construction is different now. This one had the design part printed separate then sewn into the other fabric (shown in pictures). It is one sided as most all of these types are. Don't be fooled by others these are Made in USA by Annin Flagmakers for the best quality. This is nearly a collectable due to its old type construction and would make a beautiful display or occasional use outside. The new Annin one is #143380 this is older and I don't know if it had the same ref # then. ™ I have New Annin and Valley Forge flags available in my store. Batteries - I apologize don't normally ship with batteries most devices will not have the batteries in them (unless I get it with good batteries already installed. It is just not cost effective with both shipping and returns missing the batteries. Items that require power I have checked for function and if it does not work I will say so. I check battery compartments and will state if it is not clean in working order. Guarantees - I offer 30 day free returns and 60 days on some items with few exceptions mainly international (these fees are out of my control so just not practical).
