This is really a dress that looks 1000x better on a person. The chest portion is lined with a loose elastic band for beneath the bust. Pit-to-pit: 16"-17"Waist: 15"Hips: 19"+Length from shoulder to hem: 41" I am 34/27/39 and 5'2" - the dress hits just below knee length on me and fits throughout with some room.
