Description: An original first press, Terre Haute Pressing, vinyl, LP, album, gatefold cover copy of The Six Wives of Henry the VIII - Rick Wakeman (1973), A&M Records, Catalog# SP-3461. Very faint ring wear front and back. The inner sleeve is in VG condition with writing on it. Vinyl LP is in VG+ condition with nice shine & gloss. Both inner labels look good with some small spindle marks near the center hole. The Six Wives of Henry the VIII is the first studio album from English keyboardist Rick Wakeman released on January 23, 1973. (Wakeman is best known as the keyboardist for the prog rock band Yes with various tenures). The album is Wakeman's instrumental interpretations of the musical characteristics of the six wives of Henry the VIII. The album went to #7 on the UK Albums (OCC) Chart and #30 on the US Billboard 200 Chart. It was certified Gold by the RIAA for selling 500,000 copies in the United States.
