His infamous naval career continued on through WWII,the Korean War & the Viet Nam Conflict.Erly served aboard several warships commanding the destroyers USS Phelps & USS Owens (The Admiral's CO DD-76 Cap included in Display Case).After tours of duty at the Pentagon.Erly co-founded the NAVY SEAL PROGRAM commanding the amphibious base in Coronado.
