This album was probably the height of Phil's success and the clear vinyl edition is a great addition to any fans collection.The item is new and sealed. Any significant defects in the outer cover will be described or can be seen on the pictures. The vinyl is assumed in new condition, but please note that even new vinyl can be dirty or have finger prints/stains/hairline marks from the manufacturing process. I always clean my new vinyl for my personal collection as it also removes static and dust which may cause clicks and pops.
