Not an easy title to find sealed. 3 months later, Nintendo 64 debut in the USA on September 29, 1996. The USA launch saw 2 games: Super Mario 64 and Pilotwings 64. You are looking at the the TRUE FIRST APPEARANCE of the popular flying adventure game. Graded by Wata a 9.6 NS (NS means non seal because Japan did not put shrink wrap on their games but was confirmed by Wata to not be unopened or tampered with). The Wata serial # is 581070-003.
