Plants are shipped bare root, wrapped in moist medium (sphagnum moss), placed in a plastic bag and sealed with plastic tape so that the roots remain moist during transit. The plants are then wrapped in paper, and placed snuggly in a box that is packed with additional loose paper so that the plants are secure. We pack your package with great efforts & insulation to avoid being damaged by cold weather and ensure the plants will be delivered to you in good shape & condition. If you have any special requests & instructions please contact us. Please keep in mind that this is the live plant while it’s in transit (being mailed) the leaves may be a bit browning or dropping in common. 4. We try the best to deliver plants to you in good condition but in case the plants arrive you in bad condition or being damaged please take photos and inform us within 24 hours after arrival. 5. We guarantee that our plants are in good health before being shipped and packaging in good condition. We cannot guarantee any damage caused by customs or phytosanitary inspectors/ excessive delay in customs/ Failed delivery due to improper address information.
