The 16000 assortment Starfleet Academy characters were packed with a CD-ROM "Omnipedia Starfleet Files" along with their standard accessories, and a Starfleet Academy action base. If you want a complete collection of cadet characters, you'll need to look for the 1997 Warp Factor 3 series to find Cadet Troi, Cadet Beverly Howard-Crusher and Cadet Data!
