Up for auction is a picture by Arthur J Elsley signed and dated 1893. It is shellacked on a wood backing. Does have minor wear on the picture and the picture is slightly raised on the girl's arm with the kittens (see last photo). The wood has some chipping but I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or not - more rustic. This is a nice primitive piece, ready to hang. Please review all photos before bidding.
