Description: Unit turns on and then turns back off after 5-10 seconds. Needs firmware update but cannot get it to connect to phone to update. The bluetooth connects to the phone but then the unit turns off before I can initiate the firmware update. May be an easy fix but I am not familiar with it. No cords or film included, only the unit but it uses any standard micro usb cord to charge. I did test and it was able to charge but still turns off before making the firmware update.
