What we have offered here is One Very Rare & Hard to come by, NEVER OFFERED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR SALE, SSV SALEEN SPECIALTY VEHICLES FORD GT BUILD TEAM EMPLOYEE EMBROIDERED RED, BLACK with Silver Reflective PIPING COLORED RACE JACKET MEN'S SIZE SMALL LARGE (L) that was NEVER WORN and is still in NOS (New Old Stock) EXCELLENT CONDITION and Originally comes from 2005 (19 years ago), but acquired by us in 2006.This Rare and Unique Ford GT SSV Employee Apparel Item was acquired from a Saleen SSV Employee who worked as One of the Ford GT Engineers on the Build Team, building the Ford GT Super cars and had this jacket set aside with other large SSV used apparel items, that we have since sold off over the past years. This is a very cool, now some what rare apparel item from 19 years ago, that was never offered to the general public for sale! People thought we were crazy back in 2004 when we started inquiring about wanting some of these SSV Employee Apparel Items which are very unique in regards to the history of Saleen and The Ford Motor Company and their history with the building contract of the Ford GT done at their plant back in Troy, Michigan back in 2004-2006, but with enough persistence we were able to reach out and get a hold of a few of the SSV guys who worked on the Ford GT and we acquired what ever they were willing to offer to sell us at that time, back then! Please understand, a lot of time and efforts went into acquiring something like this apparel item here. You couldn't just walk into a place and purchase this right off the shelf. These type of items were never offered to the General Public for sale. We have had this item in our Private SaleenDream Vault Collection for many years now, but have been offering some of the other Different Collected Authentic Saleen Employee Shirts and SSV Original Items. This Awesome Men's Size Large (L) Saleen SSV Race Jacket features Unique High Performance Styling, with that Sporty look and intimidating coloration being Red and Black in coloration with Silver accent Reflective piping, Saleen SSV Build Team Embroidery on the left part of the chest, Large "FORD GT" on the upper middle back embroidered, features a zip-up front, zip up right & left hand warming pockets, the inside of the jacket features a button closed pocket for personal belongings, the lower part of this jacket features an elastic mid line area, the end of the sleeves feature elastic cuffs, the outside shell of this Jacket is 100% Polyester while the inside is lined with 85% Cotton and 15% Viscose and will have a comfortable feel when on with that sporty race look!
