Description: RED Epic-X Dragon 6K DSMC1 BRAIN with: Mini-Mag Module, Skin Tone Highlight OLPF, and Fan 2.0 Upgrade Kit. First off, I had this camera extensively and professionally cleaned in July (preventative maintenance, I didn’t drop it in the ocean or anything lol) so it is basically brand new inside. They said the internals looked excellent and even replaced the thermal paste on all the processors to ensure longevity. I’ve put about 50 hours on it since then and it’s working like it’s brand new. It is running the latest firmware available from RED. This camera has the upgraded Fan 2.0 option which is extremely hard to find and provides quieter, more efficient airflow through the camera. An excellent add-on for extending longevity of internal components which is why I made sure to purchase a camera with this upgrade. This upgrade came standard on the more expensive EPIC-M cameras and was one of the few differences between them and the EPIC-X. Includes everything shown in the photos, including a hard to find (and expensive) Mini Mag module that will extend its life by many years by allowing you to use significantly newer media, including allowing much higher write speeds with certain mini mags for better slowmo or higher detail (up to ~100FPS in 6K I believe and ~250FPS in HD) Please ask any questions prior to purchase or sending an offer, as I am unable to accept returns.
