Description: I was fortunate to attend an estate sale for a textile mill that hasn't been operational for decades. Because I sew and have an active imagination, I often see myself making things that time will not permit. That was the case the day I visited the sale. I purchased a great deal of things I will never have the time to use. My hope is that it will be useful for someone that keeps the spirit of past fashion alive. Not only that, but anyone that loves fashion knows that styles will rotate in and out through the years...so there is always a possibility that bermuda bags, button downs, and the pastels will make a comeback one day. This stretch material still retains the full original stretch capacity. I have no idea how much is on this roll, but it's a lot. You can see there are damaged spots in a few places where it sat on a shelf in a box for decades, but it also appears that some was cut off the original roll (the roll was probably twice the size as it was an industrial textile mill). I will do my best to keep it "rolled" properly for shipping.
