I TOOK THIS PIECE OVER A DARKER SKIRT, THE COLORING IS A VERY LIGHT SEPIA WITH COLORFUL MACHINE EMBROIDERY WITH LACE SCALLOPS ALONG THE TOP EDGE AND DOUBLE LACE RUFFLES ALONG THE BOTTOM. THE WAISTBAND IS BACKED IN A GREEN SILK TAFFETA WITH DOUBLE HOOK AND EYES CLOSING THE REAR. CONDITION: THERE IS ONE ERASER SIZED DARK BROWN STAIN ON THE CENTER FRONT WITH TWO LIGHTER PINHEAD STAINS. THE SILK TAFFETA OF THE INNER WAISTBAND IS BEGINNING TO CRACK AND I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT REMOVE.
