We use a Thermo Scientific Niton DXL Metal Analyzer to test for precious metals and or JSP Acid Solution Testing in conjunction with the aforementioned analyzer. We describe each item to the best of our ability; however, we are NOT experts in any field. All gemstones are measured using electronic calipers. All gemstones are tested on a Presidium Gemstone Tester. This equipment CANNOT determine between natural, lab created and synthetic gemstones. There are no returns accepted for lab created or synthetic gemstones. Items may be vintage, antique or newer. There is still a chance that the stones can become loose or that a connector may need to be tightened. We are as delicate as possible with the items, but there is a possibility we may miss the flaw or that it may happen during shipment. No refunds permitted or given for gemstones that become dislodged from their setting in or during shipment.
