Description: RPPC Sept.1912 Pioneer W Seymore DeArmond With Dogs Front Of Cabin Water Well An Antique RPPC taken September 1912 of William Seymor DeArmond (Uncle Seymore). He is standing with his two dogs in front of his cabin (Homestead) In Churchill County, presumably Fallon, Nevada. There is a water well just to the left of him. He appears to be without shoes and his cowboy Boots appear to be sitting to the right near some sort of building/tent. This in an original RPPC in Very Good Condition. The name of the man is written on the bottom border of the postcard and there is a name and date written on the back also. This is an UNPOSTED postcard. It is in Very Good condition with normal wear for age, which might include: Corners may be a bit blunt or rounded. Almost undetectable crease or bend that does not detract from overall appearance of the picture side. May have writing or postally used on address side, or areas meant for messages. A clean, fresh card on the picture side. VG - Very Good : Corners may be a bit blunt or rounded. Almost undetectable crease or bend that does not detract from overall appearance of the picture side. May have writing or postally used on address side. G - Good : Corners may be noticeably blunt or rounded with noticeably slight bends or creases. May be postally used or have writing on the address side. FR - Fair: Card is intact. Excess soil, stains, creases, writing, or cancellation may affect picture.
