Description: This exquisite RS Prussia bowl is a stunning addition to any collection. The delicate pink roses, hand-painted with lots of gold gilt accents, adorn the porcelain material. The large round bowl measures 10 1/2" in diameter. Although unmarked, my collectors book identifies it as R. S. Steeple mold 5. I am not an expert and can not positively date the piece, but I’m guessing early twentieth century. The Art Nouveau style make it a decorative piece that is sure to impress. Hand wash only is recommended for this bowl to preserve its beauty. CONDITION: Used for decorative purposes, it remains in very good condition without chips or cracks. A little wear to the gold paint on the 4 areas where it was most prone to being rubbed. Some light spotting noted with close inspection. As pictured. Please see photos. Questions happily answered.
