So before ordering, please check the A/C electrical control box for adequate height. Some A/C models may not have the necessary vertical clearance for this replacement capacitor. Capacitor base measures 2-3/8" in diameter (original OEM capacitor is 2-1/8" in diameter) so before ordering, also check the electrical control box to be certain it will accommodate this larger-diameter replacement capacitor.
