Return to Washington was printed in Canada. I have this set in limited stock. #1217 & 1400. No exact date of printing is posted on these cards. I would guess 89-90. Vintage postcards and greeting cards may have small differences I.E; yellowing of paper, worn edges, dogears/corner blunting. Basic wear and tear from storage of vintage cards.
