Unfortunately, now that we've switched broadcast TV to a digital signal, you'll need a converter box to plug this into in order to watch over-the-air TV. It powers on and functions just fine with batteries (not included), and with the correct cords (also not included) you can plug just about anything into this; TV, VCR, DVD, video games, etc. This item is pre-owned and may show signs of wear.
