Unsure if by ink or pencil. Quality Pennant / Banner A+ Condition Some minor imperfections noted in felt as follows. A few minor / small moth holes, mounting pin holes on corners (2 black headed pins were used for pictures and shown in such), and the ties have holes / tears which are obvious very minor imperfections for age. * Please Check Out Our Entire Rare Antique Pennant Collection that we are offering for sale.
