There are some holes in the mattress pad as you can see in photos 3, 4, and 5. One of the rubber wheels will need replacing. It has some chunks missing as you can see in photo 18. A replacement can be purchased for $35-$55 or a full set of wheel can be purchased for around $100. This unit is a little dirty, but is fully functional.
