Its obverse side features the resistance fighter Anton de Kom with faya lob flowers, five soldiers with rifles, and a woman with a flag. Its reverse side features a toucan, hibiscus, heliconia, ginger, and faya lobi flowers, and a depiction of Anton de Kom delivering a speech to a crowd. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a toucan watermark.
