Wrong Item Supplied: Items must be returned in the original condition and specification as they were shipped within five business days. New items MUST be returned in the original sealed box – UNOPENED. Items must not be used, worn or damaged and in same condition as they were received, back into our warehouse. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and return of the item back to the buyer. Courier Delivery & PO Boxes All items are strictly delivered by courier only, to ensure faster, safer and secure delivery. For All Returns: Please contact us before returning an item so we can allocate you an RMA number (Returns Maintenance Authority), that must referenced on the outside of the packaging. Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number. It is the Customers responsibility to ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return.
