CD1 contains outtakes from the album "Help!". The unreleased songs "If You've Got Trouble" and "That Means a Lot" have also been switched from mono to real stereo to improve the sound quality. "That Means a Lot", which was only included in take 1 in the original, has been recorded with a completely different arrangement and repeated trial and error. Also of note is the outtakes of "Blow Your Sadness" and "It's Only Love" in real stereo. In addition, the 1965 Paris performance is recorded in stereo, and the 1965 Hollywood Bowl performance is recorded on a different source than the official release. CD2 contains session recordings from the albums "Rubber Soul" and "Revolver," which were completely recorded in studio. Not only has the selection of songs increased significantly compared to the original, but the mono source has been changed to real stereo. Demo recordings of "Let's Embrace Love," "Michelle," and "Eleanor Rigby," which were not included on the original, are also included. The live performance at the Budokan is recorded in real stereo.
