First published in 1968 by the MacMillan Company, the book was remaindered and went out of print four years later. In 1997, Lyon worked with Jack Woody to re-issue the book in this sheet-fed gravure edition.This is copy 27/50. The book and print are signed and numbered by the artist. This vintage limited 1997 edition with signed and numbered print is extremely rare - this being the only copy offered on-line.
