Examples are occasionally seen in MS65, but Premium Gems are scarce, and Superb Gems such as the present are notoriously rare. Sharply struck, the surfaces are completely untoned, exhibit dazzling luster, and are devoid of significant marks. Wispy die polish lines are visible in the reverse fields. A well preserved, superb specimen. The eye appeal of this magnificent representative is undeniable. Only the 1916 and the 1927-S have lower mintages.
