This process results in a final product that is hard, crystal clear, and smooth to the touch. The cover and base close together firmly to form a perfect seal. The capsules are PVC Free, archival Safe are suitable for extended periods of long term coin or bar storage. The Rings are made of an inert cross linked polyethylene. The rings secure the coin in the holder. They will create an additional barrier against air contamination and also presents an attractive border to accent the coin. Each Capsule Tube is designed for storing coins encapsulated in Air-Tite Brand Coin Capsule Holders. Each Capsule Tube will hold up to 20 completely closed capsules. The welded bottom allows for additional viewing of the capsules. This product will close with a vacuum like effect; forcing the air out of the tube through the small hole in the cap. It is perfectly normal to push for several seconds as the air escapes from the tube cap. The cap on the tube should fit quite snugly when the air is pushed out. If not, push or twist a little longer to get the remaining air out. When removing the cap please remember the tube and cap created a vacuum like seal; slowly pull the cap off and caution against any coin holders falling out.
