Description: Here is an Army Good Conduct Medal that is named to Julius T. Mahalik. (1909-1994) He was born on April 5, 1909 in New Jersey before moving to Los Angeles, California. He enlisted into the US Army on August 5, 1942. At this point he had a couple years of high school education, worked as a "semi-skilled Routeman", and was divorced. Beyond the enlistment record there isn't any other record of his military service. In 1948 there is a document of voter registrations where he registered as a Democrat and remarried sometime between 1945 and 1948. In 1950 he had a job as a Bus Salesman living with his wife and mother-in-law. He lived in Los Angeles until his death on June 6, 1994. The medal is in good condition, has a circle marking from an adhesive tag. The ribbon has a bit of wear too. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. International Shipping and combined shipping is offered.
