This carrier comes with the oval piece of Velcro for the front. Outside is this soft tricot brushed material and the inside of the torso is 3D mesh while the cummerbund and shoulder is a rubberized neoprene. Fits only ULV shaped plates on the front and rear and NOT regular plates. The cummerbund fits 5"x9" soft armor. NO ARMOR is included. What you see is what you will get. Seller is not responsible for any injuries/serious bodily injuries/death due to the use of this vest. The vest is sold purely for collector's purposes. What you see is what you get.
