Description: Description These wonderful pieces were salvaged from the balcony of a Philadelphia brownstone.All have the same general design with tops and bottom rails, turned vertical spindles and turned horizontal spindles connecting the uprights.The railing is 89.75 inches long by 32 tall.The spandrels are 83, 71.75 and 70 long by 20 inches tall. Your bid buys all 4 pieces. Overall, they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. The porch rail has water damage along the bottom that is appx 2 feet long. The spandrels have chips misc chips here and there. Please look at the pictures carefully. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
