Description: Victorian Real Scarab Beetle Egyptian Stick Pin #2 Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this antique green insect stick pin from the Victorian era. The oval setting metal is sterling silver and marked "Sterling" on the back. The stick is unmarked and untested gold tone metal, but is possibly 10K or 14K. This Egyptian pin is set with a real scarab beetle into a 4 prong oval silver base and straight/stick pin back. The insect has very brilliant green colors throughout. This piece measures about 3" long by 1/2" across, and the total weight is .9 grams. This piece is in excellent unpolished condition with only the lightest signs wear for age!
