The information near the cover puts the original date of publication of this book as being first published in 1986, though there seems no date for the reprint of this book, other than the same aforementioned year of copyright; 1986. This book was sitting on a shelf in the living room for the past unknown number of decades (I'm assuming it was picked up sometime around the eighties) and since the original owner of it/family member is no longer with us; I'm offering it up for sale as part on ongoing online estate sale of sorts. The book has yellowed (both on the pages and on the dust cover) quite a bit from age and the dust cover had acquired quite a bit of dust upon it; which was cleaned up for the purpose of this sale. There also seems to be a small hole on the rear cover; located on the top near the spline. My best guess is that this must have been a result of some termite or something; but the strange part is that none of the other pages seem to be affected, nor is the damage visible on the hardcover on the outside of the book underneath the dust cover jacket... the damage only seems to be on the inside of the cover on the rear. I can't really seem to find a UPC or ISBN number other than a five digit number located on the rear cover dust jacket which reads 10488. I'm selling this book in as-is condition and offering it up for sale in order to pay off some financial obligations that I have to take care of, so my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
