Description: Here is a GM Guide Glare Proof accessory day/night mirror from the 1950's. It is used. It does have wear and aging. The mirror glass may look better in the pictures than it actually is. You can still see a reflection, but the silvering is cloudy throughout and is some heavy delamination at the lower edge and the upper corner. There is a bend in the chrome trim at the bottom where the flipper lever is. The chrome trim has heavy aging as pictured. Mechanically good. The flipper lever works as it should and the ball pivot is nice and firm. This mirror glass does not have any colored tint. Original paint. GUIDE logos on the flipper lever and MADE IN USA stamped on the housing near the pivot ball.
