Description: Vintage 1950's Green Emerald Glass & Rhinestone Double Halo Clip Earrings for NON - pierced ears. These beautiful earrings contain one bright green emerald glass emerald cut center stone measuring approximately 9.8 x 7.8 mm and surrounded by a double row of colorless rhinestones. All of the stones are prong set. The earrings have an outer measurement of approximately 20.4 x 18.4 mm. The setting appears to be a very pale yellow tone and mostly white, (it may have had a gold wash at one time). The clips are tight and secure and have an added white slip on cushion pad, that you can use or discard. These are beautiful earrings that can be worn for any fine event to make you look like you are wearing fine emerald and diamond earrings. My father and my husbands father brought back many lovely pieces of jewelry, porcelain, clothing, perfumes, and household items to their new and future brides upon their return from Europe after WWII. Many of the items have gone to family, but there are still many items that need a home, and they are listed here.
