Description: Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a framed vintage landscape oil painting done on stretched canvas. Circa '70s. Signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas: B. Birenbaum (see photo). The frame is solid, and constructed of wood; it has a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for display purposes. Measurements: Including the frame, the artwork measure approx. 27.75" tall x 31.5" wide. Condition: Good condition. There are some light areas of wear to the paint on the canvas (nothing major, but being mentioned for accuracy - see photos). They can easily be touched up, or just left alone - we left it in the condition acquired. The frame is structurally solid. It too shows light signs of light wear that are consistent with age and handling. Aside from that, no rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, etc. Displays well, and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home.
