Description: Vintage 1973 Mattel BARBIE TOWNHOUSE 3-Story Elevator Complete with Furniture & Instructions This Barbie House was only ever owned by me, I took good care of it, but upon building it up for this listing, I noticed that the pieces are extremely fragile. A few of the pillar ends have cracked a little (see photo) and one corner of the second floor platform is cracked at one edge. There is also some discoloring of the second floor platform. Please look at all photos. Because of the fragility of the pieces, I did not want to force them when putting the townhouse together again - thus explaining the somewhat precarious look in some of the photos.Being able to pull the elevator up was the joy of this house.All furniture is present and in great shape.All structural pieces and backdrops present and in great shape with the exception of those pillar ends and the flaws on the second floor (see photos). Everything is original to this townhouse. Box is in very good condition as well (love that Mod Hair Ken with his removable beard and Sweet 16 Barbie adorn the photos on the box).
