Cast Metal piece, and likely from the 1930s to 1940's, but unknown date. Heavier piece for its size and sturdy piece, great collectors piece. Condition: In decent vintage preowned condition. Definitely has some wear for its age - see pictures. No damage to metal, but has paint rubs. Paint chipped off in places and missing cork to back half holder of the doxie - easily replaceable.
