Description: Beautiful fancy doll's hat by Betty Kent, The Mad Hatter. I think vintage 1980s. It would look great on an antique doll! Lavender synthetic "straw", with flowers and ribbon. 9" around the inside, and 6 1/2" across. Excellent condition, but there are a few speckles on top.Please check my other listings!
