I'm not sure if that is the artist's name and date this was made or if the previous owner wrote that when she got it. If you shake it, the figure makes a *very faint* bell noise. She has light wear, inlcuding some scratches on the top and some wear near the bottom of her blue dress. Please see all the pictures for more details/condition.
