Even with its flaws which include a 3 1/2" crack along the grain and some wear around the center hole, this old K Zildjian crash has managed to sound like fine tea china with it's sweet and expressive tone. Weighs about 1600 grams so I would call it medium-heavy. Bought used in the mid 70's with all the flaws mentioned and pictured here, it served my bands well from 1977 thru 1999. It's been stored dry & smoke-free for the past 25 years and it's time for it to serve a new generation of drummers. It's not mint but will certainly not disappoint once it's put into service again.
