It is plastic and it measures 10" x 5" x 4". It has a black canvas strap. The inside is very clean. The Giants side is very clean. The Nabisco/ChipsAhoy side has 2 small stains and a few tiny ones. If you know when this was given away, I would love to hear from you. It belonged to my dad and he was the Giants #1 fan. Great advertising collectible!
