Description: Vintage Tin Litho Toy Windup Musical Carousel Horse & Pigs (Not Working) I do not know anything about this item other than it came from a storage unit of a former Air Force personnel. She had an assortment of items from countries other than the United States, and we feel she traveled some in her enlisted years. As you can see, the top is lop -sided. It does spin smoothly, and all 4 rides/riders dangle from their location. I cannot wind it and I do not find a music box. I do. It know if this is complete or jot, and I do not find anything to designate it country origin. It is dusty and I cleaned it up as best as I could without damaging the finish and design. I will let its new owner decide the best method to do a better job. The design finish is in good condition. I do not see any spots where it is flaking off or wearing away.
