Cleaned contacts in the foot pedal Rheostat as well and it was pretty clean when I cracked it open so not over used. New bobbin winder tire replaced Checked the clutch and working fine. Drop feed is not seized and works fine as well. Everything is checked and in working order. White is known for there big motors and this single stitch is no exception 1.3 amp. While competing with Singer back in, I’m going to say in this machine’s case 1940s White went over and above with motor size, most machines of this time would have less the 1 amp motor.
