It does power on and the platter spins at varying speeds (although I don't know if the speeds are correct!) but the tone arm doesn't seem to want to move over to the platter. There's no needle on the tonearm. The platter makes a bit of a rubbing/grinding sound on the 16 speed setting. There are scuffs, scratches, and stains scattered about. The wood veneer is broken and lifting up in spots. Will come as shown, so please see photos! SHIPPING: Calculated.
