Description: Vintage Sleeping Cat Shaker Figurine Ceramic Arts Studio Madison WI 5-1/4”L X 2”H C 2-1/4”W. Cat was produced between 1942 and 1956. Company also made decorative figurines, wall plaques, salt and pepper sets, and head vases. They were distributed nationally and sold in stores such as Marshall Field’s. This cat was part of a salt and pepper set but lovely as a figurine by itself. Has holes on top. Note there is a couple of manufacturers flaws in coloring, white spot in brown section.
