Description: Up for sale is a WW2 era made in America US Army men's size 36R OD green wool Ike Eisenhower jacket with a Ruptured Duck/Honorable Discharge patch, button/snap front closure, a tab/button closure at the neck, adjustment straps at the waist jacket in good to fair overall vintage condition - shows acceptable honest wear generally but there are holes/flaws to the fabric leaving the jacket in distressed condition. There are no maker/material ID tags. I will guarantee the following measurements to within a half inch but I cannot guarantee a specific tagged size nor that the coat will fit you - know your measurements, that is your responsibility. Approximate measurements (to +/- half inch) taken across the back: shoulder seam to seam - 18.5"; armpit to pit - 20.5"; armpit to sleeve end - 20"; shoulder seam to sleeve end - 23.5"; sleeve end to middle collar seam - 33"; collar seam to bottom - 22". Please examine all the photos of the actual item (no stock photos ever) to ascertain the condition for yourself; the photos serve as part of the description but if the photos differ from the text, obviously the photos take precedence. One of the challenges of selling here is accurately estimating shipping costs in my ads (which is why I prefer to use Priority Mail Flat Rate) and while I have become good at doing so, occasionally I really guess wrong - if my estimate is too low, I absorb the difference.
