This is the two-piece adapter style - it comes with the metal adapters, gaskets, and hardware. The carburetor and anything not shown in the pic is not included. Do it once, do it right! What you get: 1 x Part # 99004.675 - Carburetor Adapter Kit Fits: Mazda B2000 11/84 - 93 w/ 2.0 that had the Mikuni carb originally. Mazda B2200 87 - 91 w 2.2 that had the Mikuni carb originally.
