Description: Yucca Rostrata: Also called beaked yucca, is a tree-like plant belonging to the genus Yucca. The species is native to Texas, and the Chihuahua and Coahuila regions of Mexico. This species of Yucca occurs in areas that are arid with little annual rainfall. A perfect choice which can easily adapt to most environments. Interesting, the Yucca Moth pollinates the flower, but bees can also pollinate it as well. I have been growing different drought tolerant plants, and in my opinion this plant is amazing. It can tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures. It can also survive with little water. It’s a slow grower but in the correct environment it can grow more. Its leaves bend so its a safer plant than other Yucca species. It’s in a 15 gallon container and it has an offshoot or a pup. I ship bare root.
